Sedum Conditioner (mineral fertiliser) 5KG
Used immediately after installing your green roof, this Sedum Conditioner is a controlled-release NK ratio fertiliser consisting of nitrogen, potassium, magnesium and trace elements.
It helps the sedum plants to root, and the fertilizer coating ensures nutrients are released in a gradual and controlled way over a sustained period.
You can then continue to use Sedum Conditioner as part of your ongoing maintenance plan, twice a year, around April and September, or if you prefer an Organic option, we have our Sedum Nutrition
